A practical choice for high-volume settings, the Alto-Shaam 20-20W Combimate™ heated cabinet is constructed of durable stainless steel. This metal resists rusting, denting, and warping and is easy to clean. A stationary model, it's equipped with four heavy equipment legs. This unit measures 32 11⁄16 inches wide by 41 inches deep by 74 3⁄4 inches high overall.

Operators can adjust the temperature of the Alto-Shaam 20-20W holding cabinet from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using intuitive touch controls, and it operates with a Halo Heat® system that gently surrounds food to maintain its moisture, flavor, and overall quality for extended holding times. Its single door offers access to the interior, which can accommodate (40) 12-inch by 20-inch pans or (10) 18-inch by 26-inch pans. To simplify operation, this unit features a heat indicator light and on/off switch.
