Alto-Shaam 300-S Halo Heat® Countertop Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (3) Pan Capacity, 120v

Made entirely of stainless steel, the Alto-Shaam 300S Halo Heat® low-temp holding cabinet is very durable and convenient to clean. It comes with two stainless steel side racks that can be removed for cleaning access. Together, the racks and floor can support three 12-inch by 20-inch food pans. The interior offers a total of five pan positions, which are all spaced 1¹/₂ inches apart.

This Alto-Shaam 300S heated holding cabinet warms food at temperatures between 60 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For precision, users can select the desired level with up and down arrow keys and a digital display screen. Because the controls are digital, they are sensitive to any temperature changes in the cabinet and quickly respond, bringing temperatures to the set level. The Halo Heat design warms foods without forced airflow to prevent shrinkage and drying. If cooking crispy foods, users can open the vent on the front, releasing moisture from the interior.
