The Alto-Shaam 500-2DI warming drawer's two holding compartments accommodate a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan each, and these pans are included with this unit. Both pans can hold 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes separately, suiting medium-volume applications. These drawers can also be adapted to support oversized pans on their removable stainless steel drawer rail supports. To save space in cramped kitchens, this 24 5a"8-inch-wide by 25 7a"8-inch-deep by 19 15a"16-inch-high unit can be stacked with similarly sized drawer warmers. Its nonmagnetic stainless steel construction withstands heavy-duty use, resists corrosion and rust, and can be simply wiped down between uses.

Each drawer in the Alto-Shaam 500-2DI drawer warmer includes a correlating control panel that features an up and down arrow button for temperature adjustment, a heat indicator light, a temperature display button, and a digital display. Users can adjust each drawer's temperatures from 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. For moisture preservation and long-term holding, this unit uses Halo Heat® technologya€”a system producing minimal-intensity heat to preserve moisture without adding water. This heating system blankets products with warm temperatures evenly for uniform results and improved appearance and taste.
