The Alto-Shaam 6-10GCLASSIC full-size combi oven is constructed of stainless steel, providing long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion in commercial kitchens. Its boilerless design supports three versatile cooking modes: steam, convection, and combination cooking. With a 7-inch programmable touchscreen controller and a USB access port, operators can easily customize and store recipes for efficient operation. Absolute Humidity Control™ ensures precise moisture management, while five fully automated cleaning cycles streamline maintenance.

Designed for high-capacity performance, the Alto-Shaam 6-10GCLASSIC holds seven 12-inch by 20-inch full-size hotel pans or six 18-inch by 13-inch half-size sheet pans on two side racks with seven non-tilt support rails. A retractable front-access rinse hose simplifies cleaning, and high-efficiency LED lighting ensures clear interior visibility. This unit features adjustable stainless steel legs for stability and a right-hinged door for convenient access. This unit operates with a temperature range of 85 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
