Able to cook by time or using a probe, the Alto-Shaam 750-TH cook-and-hold oven can convert from cook mode to hold mode automatically once set parameters have been reached, reducing hands-on labor. Its Halo Heat® technology system produces cooking temperatures from 200 to 325 degrees Fahrenheit and holding temperatures between 85 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various foods. Operators can manipulate temperatures, program recipes, and monitor operational statuses via simple controls that feature a user-friendly interface. Overall, the unit's three wire shelves hold 10 full-size pans or 20 half-size pans, while the two stainless steel side racks provide 10 pan positions.

The Alto-Shaam 750-TH cook-and-hold oven's ventless, waterless configuration doesn't require water hookups or a traditional kitchen hood to streamline installation. Its durable stainless steel door and exterior resist rust and corrosion while withstanding heavy use for long service life.
