To enable mobility, the Alto-Shaam AR-7H-DBLPANE Halo Heat® heated holding cabinet is equipped with four casters—two swivel and two rigid with brakes. A single-compartment unit, it measures 38 1⁄8 inches wide by 32 1⁄16 inches deep by 40 1⁄2 inches high overall and is furnished with four stainless steel wire shelves. The rest of the unit is also constructed of stainless steel for strength and rust resistance.

The Alto-Shaam AR-7H-DBLPANE warming cabinet is built with a solid back to minimize heat loss. It has a temperature range of 60 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and uses gentle Halo Heat to surround food and maintain its quality for extended periods. To prevent unauthorized temperature adjustments, it has a built-in lockout feature. This unit can accommodate 24 chicken boats with six per shelf and is stackable with other units to conserve space.
