Operated with electricity, the Alto-Shaam CTX4-10E/S CombiOven utilizes an EcoSmart® feature that minimizes consumption while maximizing functionality. This unit is designed for countertops to maximize tight-knit space, and its body rests atop four bullet legsa€”all of which are adjustable. The oven includes a CombiClean® system and hand sprayer to facilitate cleaning after long shifts, while a right-hinged door adorns the front to allow quick access to the oven.

The Alto-Shaam CTX4-10E/S countertop oven is made of strong stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion throughout use. Its main cooking space accepts five 12-inch by 20-inch full-sized hotel pans or (10) 18-inch by 13-inch half-size sheet pans, which is ideal for most commercial kitchens. Here, two shelves are incorporated into the cooking unita€™s frame, offering delegated space for a variety of cooking needs.
