Each of the Alto-Shaam VMC-F3E Vector® multi-cook oven's three cooking chambers are equipped with independent temperature, fan speed, and time controls, enabling the operator to precisely cook three different recipes simultaneously for identical results. The independent cooking chambers each hold one full-size pan and can be combined to accommodate larger food items. This machine's versatility is an excellent addition to many back-of-house and cafe operations.

The durable stainless steel Alto-Shaam VMC-F3E oven is designed for a long service life. The glass panels in each door facilitate product visibility without allowing necessary cooking heat to escape the unit. The unit's easy-to-use touch-screen control panel can be programmed via USB to store popular recipes, and this electric multi-cook oven uses Structured Air Technology® to evenly cook foods with high-velocity, focused heat.
