Alto-Shaam VMC-F3G Vector® F Full Size Multi Cook Oven W/ (3) Chambers - Natural Gas

Featuring programmable touchscreen controls, the Alto-Shaam VMC-F3G multi-cook oven features three separate cooking sections to meet the needs of high-volume shifts. All three sections can operate at independent time and temperature settings, with each holding two half-size or one full-size sheet pan at once. This unit operates with natural gas and makes use of Structured Air Technology®, which initiates vertical air flow to promote even, consistent cooking. Interior LED lighting enables line cooks to continually monitor cooking progress inside each chamber.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-F3G vector oven is made of durable stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion through frequent use. This piece is designed for use on countertops and is stackable to take up minimal space in tight kitchen areas. For optimal heat retention and adaptability, this oven is finished with double-paned glass and comes with three wire racks and six jet plates. The four 4-inch legs are adjustable as needed.
