Alto-Shaam VMC-F4E Full-Size Vector® Multi-Cook Oven - 208-240v/3ph

The Alto-Shaam VMC-F4E Vector® multi-cook oven has four individual cooking chambers for simultaneously cooking four separate menu items; to accommodate larger dishes, the chambers can be combined by removing the dividers. Each chamber has its own temperature, fan speed, and cook time controls, so different foods can be cooked simultaneously, supporting versatile menus. The touchscreen control panel can be programmed with popular and common recipes, and the oven is equipped with Structured Air Technology to evenly cook foods using forced air.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-F4E oven is constructed of durable stainless steel to endure frequent use in busy kitchens. It measures 40³/₄ inches wide by 42¹/₂ inches deep by 39³/₈ inches high and is made for countertop use. The food items being cooked inside the oven are visible through the double-pane glass panels in the door and illuminated by the LED interior lights.
