The durable stainless steel Alto-Shaam VMC-H3 half-size Vector® H Series multi-cook oven is easy to clean and can hold 3 half-size sheet pans at a time. Its three separate cooking chambers let users prepare three separate foods simultaneously, facilitating menu variety. Each chamber comes with a wire rack and two jet plates and uses a fan to forcefully circulate hot air throughout the chamber for even cooking. A touchscreen pad individually controls each of the three chambers.

The Alto-Shaam VMC-H3 ovena€™s touchscreen control pad can be programmed with specific recipes for simplified operations and consistent results. This compact unit is intended for countertop use, and its ventless design enables it to fit safely into nearly any configuration. It measures 21¹/₂ inches wide by 37¹/₂ inches deep by 36⁵/₈ inches tall; it sits on 4-inch adjustable legs for customizable stability.
