The New Age 1187 chicken dolly can transport 500 pounds of chilled or frozen product. This cart is perfect for moving food from a truck to the walk-in, with a drip tray that collects liquids coming off the product to protect the safety of the user. Cleanup is easy, since the drip tray can be removed for sanitizing, which should be done after every use to ensure the dolly doesn't become a breeding ground for bacteria. It is constructed of aluminum for corrosion resistance and durability. The New Age 1187 chicken dolly's frame is constructed of 1 inch by 1 inch by 0.07 inch wall tubing that provides strength. Four 5-inch stem casters make it easy to move product from trucks to refrigerators and freezers.
