American Range AR-6 36" 6 Burner Gas Range w/ Standard Oven, Liquid Propane
The American Range AR-6 restaurant range has six strong burners on top, each with a 32,000-BTU heating capacity. These burners can be lifted to facilitate cleaning and have a full-width tray below to catch grease drippings. The grates are made of cast iron, so they hold heat well and cool down slowly, but they also take a while to heat up. After food is finished cooking, employees can move it to the 6-inch landing ledge.
For durability, this American Range AR-6 commercial gas range is constructed of stainless steel on the front, sides, riser, and shelf. Its frame is made of a heavy-gauge metal to prevent warping and it is welded for additional strength. To increase functionality, the base hosts a standard oven and comes with one chrome-plated oven rack to support product. Operators can set the oven temperature level between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the thermostatic controls maintain that temperature. When cleaning the oven, employees can remove the door and wipe its porcelain-enameled finish.
