Built with reversible cast iron grates, the American Range ARSRB-24 24-inch gas charbroiler delivers precise searing and optimal grill marks for steaks, burgers, vegetables, and other charbroiled menu items. The grates are designed to provide flexibility for various cooking techniques, with one side ideal for delicate proteins and the other for heavier foods requiring a deeper sear. Four individually controlled burners, each rated at 15,000 BTU, are spaced 6 inches apart beneath the 24-inch-wide surface to promote even heat distribution across the cooking area. Integrated heat deflectors beneath the burners direct heat upward to maximize cooking efficiency while helping reduce the grease tray's temperature, which aids in safer operation. For quick operation during peak service times, a standing pilot ignition system keeps the burners ready.

Constructed for long-term durability in commercial kitchens, the American Range ARSRB-24 gas charbroiler features a stainless steel front, sides, landing ledge, and grease tray for corrosion resistance and daily wear. Welded 4-inch backsplash and 3 3/4-inch side splash guards reduce cleanup by containing grease and splatter. To assist with grease management, a full-width stainless steel pan collects drippings, while removable radiants and cast iron grates streamline the cleaning process. The unit sits on 4-inch adjustable legs for stability and includes a rear 3/4-inch gas connection and pressure regulator for simplified installation and safe gas flow.
