Although the Amerikooler QC080877*FBSC quick-ship indoor walk-in cooler ships unassembled, it's simple to set up with the included installation kit, and its wall, ceiling, and floor panels can be attached with the integrated cam-action locking system and compression gaskets. These panels are made of 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 rigid foam insulation that provides R-29 thermal resistance, enhances structural rigidity, and retains generated temperatures. Once installed, it measures 7 feet 10¹/₈ inches wide by 7 feet 10 inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall.

For a sleek appearance, lasting durability, and corrosion resistance, the interior and exterior surfaces are laminated with 26-gauge stucco-embossed Acrylume®a'¬a€zinc-aluminum coated steel. Staff can press the swing-type 76-inch-tall swing-type door to access the interior, which is illuminated by the door jamb's center-mounted LED light fixture. This indoor cooler's floor is made of smooth ¹/₂₀-inch-thick aluminum rated to accommodate an evenly distributed load of 600 pounds per square foota'¬a€enough for safe foot traffic. Operators can quickly monitor interior temperatures with the digital thermometer, which features a safety pilot light on/off switch and a conduit between the switch box and outlet junction box. To prevent unnecessary energy loss, the door self-closes, and to ensure a tight seal, it features a three-sided magnetic gasket and a door closer.

The Amerikooler QC080877*FBS indoor cooler relies on the Heatcraft Bohn PT0068MBNAMSA PRO³ packaged top-mount refrigeration system and R-448A refrigerant to generate temperatures as cool as 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Because this 55-inch-wide by 36-inch-deep by 32²/₅-inch-tall unit is designed to be mounted on top of the cooler, it can increase storage space inside the unit. To reduce ice buildup through high-volume use, it boasts an air-defrost mechanism, and this unit shouldn't be used in ambient temperatures hotter than 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
