The Amerikooler QF061277**FBSM quick-ship indoor walk-in freezer provides a dedicated storage space for frozen products. This 11-foot-9¹/₄-inch-wide by 5-foot-10⁵/₈-inch-deep by 7-foot-7-inch-tall unit is equipped with modular tongue-and-groove wall, ceiling, and floor panels that can be attached with the corrosion-resistant cam-action locking system. To minimize temperature fluctuations, the compression gaskets can create an airtight seal, and to provide an R-32 thermal resistance value and establish a rigid structure, each panel is built with 4-inch-thick AK-XPS4 insulation. While the wall and ceiling panels' interiors and exteriors are laminated with a stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant Acrylume® protective coating, the floor panels are finished with smooth aluminum.

The hinged, self-closing 76-inch-tall entrance door enables staff to enter and exit the freezer with ease, and to ensure it opens and closes smoothly, operators can adjust the super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges. The three-sided magnetic gasket, door closer, and temperature-controlled heater wire create a frost-free, secure seal. A heated pressure relief vent above the door jamb regulates the unit's interior pressure and removes warm air as the door is opened. Inside the unit, an LED light above the door jamb illuminates the storage space so users have full visibility, and a digital thermometer provides temperature readouts. The flooring can accommodate an evenly distributed load of 600 poundsa'¬a€enough for regular foot traffic. After business hours, the deadbolt keyed handle latch can be locked, and in the event an employee becomes locked inside the unit, they can safely exit using the inside release mechanism.

The Amerikooler QF061277**FBSM walk-in freezer includes the Heatcraft Bohn PT0069LBNEMSA PRO³ self-contained refrigeration system, which can produce an interior temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. By combining the mechanisms of a unit cooler and condensing unit, it's simple to install and reduces required refrigerant charge. For efficiency, it's built with microchannel coil technology, a two-speed electronically commutated (EC) evaporator fan motor, and electric defrost. To save space inside the unit, this 55-inch-wide by 49¹/₂-inch-deep by 32²/₅-inch-tall painted steel unit is designed to be mounted on top of the box in environments no hotter than 90 degrees Fahrenheit, maximizing efficiency.
