Designed for indoor placement, the Amerikooler QF080877**FBSM indoor walk-in freezer is a quick-ship unit measuring 7 feet 10¹/₈ inches wide by 7 feet 10 inches deep by 7 feet 7 inches tall. For simplified setup, it comes with modular tongue-and-groove floor, wall, and ceiling panels and a hardware and installation instruction kit with a shop drawing, detailed installation instructions, a hex wrench, and PVC press fit caps. The panels can be attached with the corrosion-resistant cam-action locking system, while the compression gaskets deliver an airtight seal to minimize temperature fluctuations. To retain generated temperatures and establish a rigid structure, each panel is built with 4-inch-thick, R-32-value AK-XPS4 water-resistant foam insulation. While the wall and ceiling panels are coated with stucco-embossed, corrosion-resistant Acrylume® coating, the floor panels are finished with a thin layer of smooth aluminum.

To hold frozen products at a safe temperature, this walk-in freezer ships with the Heatcraft Bohn PT0062LBNEMSA refrigeration systema'¬a€a combination unit cooler and condensing unit. This PRO³-series unit features microchannel coil technology to minimize refrigerant and energy usage, and it operates with R-448A refrigerant to achieve a consistent box temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit. For efficiency, it features a two-speed evaporator fan motor and an electric defrost mechanism. This 55-inch-wide by 49¹/₂-inch-deep by 32²/₅-inch-tall unit is rated for 90-degree-Fahrenheit ambient temperatures and can be placed on top of the walk-in to conserve space inside the unit.

An LED light illuminates the Amerikooler QF080877**FBSM walk-in freezer's interior, while a digital thermometer provides an accurate readout so operators can quickly discern the box temperature. To regulate interior pressure as temperatures fluctuate when the door is opened, a heated pressure relief vent is built above the door jamb. Because the floor can support a uniformly distributed load of 600 pounds, it can withstand regular foot traffic, though dollies and carts shouldn't be used on this surface. Users can simply enter and exit the unit using the 76-inch-tall hinged self-closing door, and for smooth movement, it's fitted with super cam-rise spring-assisted hinges. Its three-sided magnetic gasket, door closer, and temperature-controlled heater wire minimize frost buildup and ensure a secure door closure. To deter theft and tampering during non-business hours, the deadbolt keyed handle latch can be locked. For user safety, a release mechanism is built inside the unit.
