The open-compartment design of the Antunes DFWT-200 deluxe steam food warmer delivers steam on all sides. The unit is constructed with a two-third size pan capacity and a direct water hook-up that provides an automatic water fill. Operators can cool the unit down with the high-reset button. Perforated hotel pans are recommended for cooking most food items in this unit, though some foods like rice, scrambled eggs, certain kinds of beef and meat loaf dishes, frozen casseroles, and pasta should be prepared in solid or perforated pans nested in deeper, solid pans.
