The Bake Tech GS-12LD food slicer is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum in a compact design perfect for light-duty use. Hard-chromed for durability, this hollow ground knife measures 12 inches in diameter. A sharpener is mounted on top of the unit for convenient blade sharpening and maintenance. The knife cover deters accidents and can be removed for cleaning.
The slice thickness adjustment on the Bake Tech Innovation GS-12LD manual food slicer enables the user to slice meats precisely. Its lubricated, ball-bearing motor is cooled by a fan to prevent overheating. The chute handle provides a comfortable grip to enable manual operation. Underneath, a metal plate protects the slicer from damage during use.
