This unit is made of a fully welded, 0.25-inch angle-iron frame that enables stacking with two other ovens. While its exterior is constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel exterior, its interior is made of aluminized steel; both metals resist corrosion and withstand long-term use. For an elevated appearance that lets operators clean beneath the decks, it's mounted on 16-inch steel legs finished with durable Bakertone paint.

Employees can insert and retrieve pies with ease using the Bakers Pride 152 pizza oven's spring-balanced doors, which are fully insulated to prevent heat from escaping. Both sections are built with independent top and bottom heat dampers, while a 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck evenly heats and absorbs moisture to create crispy crusts. Staff can adjust temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling pizzas with different cook temperatures to be baked simultaneously in one unit. For streamlined operation, this LP-gas-powered unit includes combination gas controls with a valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
