Because the Bakers Pride 152 Super Deck pizza oven is a double-deck unit, it can simultaneously bake pizzas at different cooking temperatures. Each deck measures 36 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches high and features a 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck that absorbs moisture and evenly heats the pizza for a crispy crust. For best results, both decks have independent top and bottom heat dampers, meaning staff can adjust the temperature of each deck from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is powered by natural gas, and operators can manage gas pressure with the combination gas controls' valve, regulator, and pilot safety. To preserve generated heat and keep the exterior cool, this unit is fully insulated.

To fit kitchens with limited space, the Bakers Pride 152 pizza oven has a shallow depth and measures 48 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 66.14 inches high. It's positioned on 16-inch steel legs finished with Bakertone paint so staff can easily clean below the unit. Each deck has a corresponding spring-balanced door to simplify loading and retrieval. For long-term durability, this unit's exterior is stainless steel, while its interior is aluminized steel. Its 0.25-inch welded angle-iron frame provides ample strength for stacking with two other ovens.
