Bakers Pride 253 Super Deck Floor Model Triple Pizza Deck Oven - Liquid Propane

Part of the Superdeck series, the Bakers Pride 253 pizza oven measures 48 inches wide by 43 inches deep by 81.75 inches high, providing a deeper baking chamber depth than models in the Stubby-Shallow series. This unit features three 36-inch-wide by 34.5-inch-deep by 8-inch-high baking chambers, each with a corresponding spring-balanced door that eases pie insertion and retrieval. While its stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior resist corrosion to preserve its original condition throughout heavy-duty use, its welded, angle-iron frame is strong enough to support three stacked units. So staff can clean beneath it, it's fitted with 6-inch steel legs finished with Bakertone paint.

Powered by LP gas, the Bakers Pride 253 pizza deck oven can produce and maintain temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit to achieve various results. Each of the three decks features independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers and a 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck that absorbs moisture and heats evenly for crispy crusts. Users can monitor gas flow with the combination gas controls, which include a valve, regulator, and pilot safety. To preserve generated heat and maintain a cool exterior, this unit is fully insulated.
