Part of the Stubby-Shallow series, the Bakers Pride 3151 Superdeck single-deck pizza oven has a shallow depth, measuring 57 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 55.07 inches high to fit kitchens with narrow aisles. To streamline cleaning beneath it, 30-inch Bakestone-painted steel legs elevate the oven. Its 45-inch-wide by 24.5-inch-deep by 8-inch-tall baking chamber features a 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck that heats evenly and absorbs moisture, leading to pizzas with crispy crusts. Because its door is spring balanced, staff can simply load and retrieve pies. For long-term durability throughout rigorous use, its exterior is made of stainless steel, while its aluminized steel interior provides lasting corrosion resistance. Its welded, 0.25-inch-thick angle-iron frame enables stacking with two other Bakers Pride ovens to maximize output and save floorspace.

To produce and maintain temperatures from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, the Bakers Pride 3151 pizza deck oven is powered by LP gas. Using the thermostatic controls, staff can adjust temperatures to achieve various results. For even heating, the baking chamber is fitted with independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers. This unit is fully insulated to retain generated heat, and the exterior remains cool for safety. During operation, users can manage gas pressure and flow with the combination gas controls that include a valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
