The Bakers Pride 3152 Superdeck pizza oven is a two-deck unit that operates with natural gas. Part of the Stubby-Shallow series, this 57-inch-wide by 33-inch-deep by 66.14-inch-high unit isn't as deep as other configurations in the Superdeck series, so it can be incorporated into kitchens with limited space or narrow aisles. Its exterior is heavy-duty stainless steel, while its interior is aluminized steel; both metals resist corrosion and can simply be wiped clean. To enable stacking with two other Superdeck ovens, its 0.25-inch angle-iron frame is welded for rigidity. Because it's fitted with 160-inch steel legs, users can easily clean beneath this unit.

The Bakers Pride 3152 pizza deck oven's baking chambers both measure 45 inches wide by 24.5 inches deep by 8 inches high, feature a moisture-absorbing 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck that heats evenly, and include independently controlled top and bottom heat dampers to enhance results. Users can set deck temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and because they're fully insulated, heat doesn't escape the unit. Both decks have corresponding spring-balanced doors, providing access to specific sections. For safety, this unit is equipped with combination gas controls, including a valve, regulator, and pilot safety.
