Bakers Pride 3153 Super Deck Floor Model Triple Pizza Deck Oven - Liquid Propane

For high-volume baking, this Bakers Pride 3153 Superdeck pizza oven consists of three 45-inch-wide by 24.5-inch-deep by 8-inch-high baking chambers. Each deck's thermostatic controls can be set from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit, and their top and bottom heat dampers are independently controlled. A 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite deck is integrated into each chamber, maximizing moisture absorption and creating a crispy crust. To prevent heat from escaping as pies are loaded or retrieved, the compartments have corresponding spring-balanced doors, and because it operates with LP gas, staff can monitor gas levels with the combination gas controls, including a pilot safety, valve, and regulator.

Elevated and durable, the Bakers Pride 3153 pizza deck oven is mounted on 6-inch steel legs finished with Bakertone paint and constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless and aluminized steel. Its angle-iron frame is fully welded, so it's strong enough to accommodate two additional Bakers Pride ovens. Built with a shallow depth, this Stubby-Shallow series unit can be incorporated into narrow-aisled kitchens without sacrificing output. Overall, it measures 57 inches wide by 33 inches deep by 81.21 inches high.
