Bakers Pride 353 Super Deck Floor Model Triple Pizza Deck Oven - Natural Gas

Although the Bakers Pride 353 Superdeck pizza deck oven shares similar features with units in the Stubby-Shallow series, it's 10 inches deeper and produces a higher burner output per oven. This triple-deck unit measures 57 inches wide by 43 inches deep by 81.75 inches high and is positioned on 6-inch Bakertone-painted steel legs. With an aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior, it resists corrosion, wear, dents, and warps and can simply be wiped clean between use. Its fully insulated design preserves generated heat for energy conservation, while its corresponding spring-balanced door design prevents heat from escaping as users access specific baking chambers. To maximize output, two other Superdeck ovens can be stacked on this unit's fully welded iron-angle frame.

The Bakers Pride 363 pizza oven's three baking chambers measure 45 inches wide by 34.5 inches deep by 8 inches high to accommodate variously sized pies, and to bake pizzas with different cooking temperatures simultaneously, each deck has a separate thermostatic control that can be set from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. For enhanced results, the chambers' bottom and top heat dampers are independently controlled, while the 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite decks absorb moisture and heat evenly to create a crispy crust. Staff can monitor gas pressure with the combination gas controls, which include a regulator, pilot safety, and valve.
