Bakers Pride 453 Super Deck Floor Model Triple Pizza Deck Oven - Natural Gas

To bake multiple pizzas at different temperatures, the Bakers Pride 453 Super Deck pizza deck oven is built with three 54-inch-wide by 34.5-inch-deep by 8-inch-high decks with separate thermostatic controls. Staff can set temperatures between 300 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit on these controls, and the decks' top and bottom heat dampers are independently controlled. Throughout operation, users can monitor gas pressure with the combination gas controls, which feature a regulator, valve, and pilot safety. The chambers' 1.5-inch-thick Cordierite decks heat evenly for uniform results and absorb moisture to consistently produce crispy crusts.

To accommodate a range of pizza sizes, the Bakers Pride 452 commercial pizza oven is 10 inches deeper than models in the Stubby-Shallow collection, though it does share similar features. This 66-inch-wide by 43-inch-deep by 81.75-inch-high unit features 6-inch legs so users can thoroughly clean beneath it, and their Bakertone-paint finish is durable enough to withstand heavy usage. These legs elevate the unit so staff can smoothly load and retrieve pies from the three spring-balanced doors. For long-term corrosion resistance, it's built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminized steel interior. Because its angle-iron frame is fully welded, as many as two Superdeck ovens can be stacked with this unit to increase production and save floorspace.
