Its stainless steel construction, including the exterior, interior, and combustion chamber, ensures longevity. This unit includes a top grid scraper for easy cleaning and maintenance. A 6-inch service shelf with a utility bar enhances workspace convenience, and built-in water tubs help minimize flare-ups while maintaining food moisture.

Designed for natural gas operation, the Bakers Pride C-24RS charbroiler delivers a total of 60,000 BTU through four individually controlled 15,000 BTU burners. A continuously lit crossover pilot tube system ensures quick and reliable burner ignition, while the fully insulated double-walled construction enhances heat retention for energy efficiency. The 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection simplifies installation. This model is designed without legs, making it suitable for placement on an equipment stand.
