The Bakers Pride C-36RS-C charbroiler is constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber for long-term use in demanding kitchen environments. Its double-walled, fully insulated design retains heat efficiently while facilitating safe operation. Operating on natural gas, this model delivers a total output of 105,000 BTU, and a 3/4-inch NPT rear gas connection provides proper fuel flow.
