Bakers Pride DP-2 Hearthbake Countertop Double Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - 208v

Featuring two independently controlled baking chambers with 5 1/2-inch deck heights, the Bakers Pride DP-2 countertop pizza oven is optimal for baking and roasting pizzas. Each set of controls is equipped with a 15-minute electric timer that continuously rings when the bake is complete, as well as manual shutoffs, ready-on oven indicator lights, and a thermostat that ranges from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit's cordierite hearth decks are constructed to tolerate high temperatures, making it ideal for cooking pan pizzas. The pizza oven's front, sides, top, and door are constructed of heavy-duty, type 430 stainless steel for optimum durability.

The Bakers Pride DP-2 commercial oven is equipped with a tubular stainless steel door handle. Overall, this unit measures 26 inches in width by 28 inches in depth by 24 inches in height. This oven's aluminized steel interior is welded to form a single unitized body, and the entire unit is insulated with 1 1/2-inch-thick industrial-grade insulation. Each of its decks measure 20 3/4 inches by 20 3/4 inches by 1/2-inch thick. Fitted with tubular heating elements, this unit provides heat from the bottom and top.
