For maximum durability, the Bakers Pride DP-2BL countertop pizza oven is constructed of heavy-duty, type 430 stainless steel on the front, sides, top, door, and tubular door handles. This unit measures 26 inches in width by 28 inches in depth by 24 inches in height overall, and its aluminized steel interior enhances heat retention. To increase strength and simplify cleaning, the pizza oven's interior is welded into a single unitized body. It's insulated with 1 1/2-inch-thick industrial-grade insulation, and each hearth stone deck measures 20 3/4 inches by 20 3/4 inches by 1/2-inch thick.

The top and bottom of the Bakers Pride DP-2BL commercial bake oven are heated by incoloy tubular heating elements. For streamlined recovery and increased top heat intensity, this unit is constructed with a brick lining. This oven's compact dimensions are designed for countertop use, and its two baking chambers are independently controlled. Each chamber has a 5 1/2-inch deck height, along with hearth stone decks that are ideal for roasting and baking pizzas. Both sets of controls feature a 15-minute electric timer, manual shutoffs, ready-on oven indicator lights, and a thermostat.
