Measuring 8 inches tall, the 57-inch by 36-inch deck chamber in the Bakers Pride EB-1-8-5736 deck oven can be used for pizzas, pretzels, and bread. Its steel construction is sturdier than stone alternatives, but it may not produce as crispy crusts. Separately controlled heating elements are located above and below the deck, keeping heat even and offering flexibility. Using the thermostat, operators can adjust the temperature from 150 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit.

Able to support heavy use, the interior of this Bakers Pride EB-1-8-5736 single-deck oven is made of aluminized steel, while its exterior is also strong with its stainless steel construction, which can be quickly wiped clean. Insulation in the cavity and door retain heat, and the door's spring-balanced design eases opening and closing.
