The Bakers Pride EP-1-8-3836 pizza deck oven has a 38-inch by 36-inch deck that measures 7 inches tall, enabling operators to cook pizzas, flatbreads, garlic bread, and other baked goods. Its Cordierite baking surface is designed to withstand high heat without warping, and the heating elements are positioned above and below the unit. With heat coming from the top and bottom, distribution is even, promoting uniform, balanced baking results. Its temperature ranges between 300 and 800 degrees Fahrenheit, and the top and bottom heat levels are independent.

This Bakers Pride EP-1-8-3836 single-deck pizza oven is fully insulated, including the door, so it keeps heat inside and remains cool to the touch on the outside. With a spring-balanced design, the door opens and closes smoothly, and because the interior is made of aluminized steel and the exterior is stainless steel, the unit resists corrosion, scratches, and dents. Its iron frame is fully welded, preventing bending if multiple ovens are stacked together.
