The Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 pizza deck oven is a double-deck model measuring 55 inches wide by 43 inches deep by 66 inches high. For cooking pizzas, pretzels, breads, roasts, and more, it has a temperature range of 300 to 800 degrees Fahrenheit, and a built-in 60-minute timer. For crispy crusts and optimal, consistent results, it features Cordierite hearth decks and independently controlled top and bottom heating dampers. To ease repeated opening and closing, this unit's doors are spring balanced.

Designed for high-volume use in fast-paced kitchens, the Bakers Pride EP-2-8-3836 deck oven has a corrosion-resistant aluminized steel interior and stainless steel exterior. It has a heavy-duty angle-iron frame that enables stacking to three ovens high and a fully insulated design that preserves heat. This unit is mounted on 30-inch Bakertone-finished steel legs.
