This unit has three Cordierite hearth decks and a temperature range of 300 to 800 degrees Fahrenheita€”great for baking pizzas, pretzels, cookies, or roasts. To ensure uniform temperatures, the top and bottom u-shaped heating elements are independently controlled, and the unit is fully insulated to prevent loss of heat.
