The U-shaped heating elements are positioned every 9 1/2 inches on both the top and bottom of each deck, ensuring even heat distribution. A temperature range of 140 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit permits precise baking and roasting, while the fully insulated design helps maintain consistent interior temperatures and keeps the exterior cool.

Designed for durability, the Bakers Pride ER-3-12-5736 oven features a heavy-duty, fully welded angle iron frame that supports stacking up to three ovens to maximize production without requiring additional space. The stainless steel exterior is resistant to wear, while the aluminized steel interior enhances heat retention. The spring-balanced doors are fully insulated for heat efficiency, and the heavy-duty steel legs are coated with a durable Bakertone finish.
