Bakers Pride GP-61HP Hearthbake Countertop Double Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - Liquid Propane

The 6-inch-tall lower deck of the Bakers Pride GP-61HP countertop pizza oven is ideal for rapid baking, while the 5-inch-tall upper deck enables precision for slower bakes. This unit's upper decks can be removed for added flexibility, providing a 12-inch-tall deck. Handles on the pizza ovens' bottom-hinged doors can be reversed, and multiple units can be stacked on one another to maximize space in compact environments. Constructed of durable stainless steel, this unit's exterior facilitates cleaning and endures wear and tear over time. Operators can adjust the 4-inch legs to level the pizza oven on uneven surfaces.

Equipped with a standard combination valve, the Bakers Pride GP-61HP commercial oven comes with a manual gas valve, pilot safety, and gas regulator. This unit runs on LP gas, and it's equipped with an energy-efficient, modulating thermostat that has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven's baking chambers are constructed of aluminized steel for optimal heat retention, and its decks are made of cordierite to withstand exposure to high heat. It's fitted with a slide-out flame diverter and front-mounted, hinged control valve access panel.
