Designed to stack with other units, the Bakers Pride GP-62 HearthBake pizza oven is ideal for use in kitchens with limited space. It's powered by LP gas and its combination control valve includes a pilot safety and gas regulator. Operators can set the baking temperature at 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit using an energy-efficient modulating thermostat. This unit's lower compartment performs rapid baking while its upper compartment bakes slowly for menu items that require more precise results.

With an exterior made of stainless steel, the Bakers Pride GP-62 countertop pizza oven can withstand heavy use without denting, rusting, or scratching. Its 4-inch legs are chrome plated for corrosion resistance and equipped with adjustable feet to maintain stability on uneven surfaces. To offer convenient access to the control valve, the access pane is hinged and front mounted. Overall, this unit measures 41.63 inches wide by 31.25 inches deep by 54.25 inches high.
