The Bakers Pride L-72RS-C countertop radiant charbroiler features coal radiants with Glo-Stones, enhancing heat distribution and infusing food with a signature chargrilled flavor. The free-floating steel rod grates allow for efficient heat transfer, while the EZ-tilt front grease trough directs grease away from the cooking surface for simplified cleanup. A stainless steel slide-out grease drawer and water pan further assist in maintaining cleanliness during operation. This unit also includes a 6-inch stainless steel work deck for added convenience.

Constructed for durability, the Bakers Pride L-72RS-C charbroiler has a stainless steel exterior, interior, and combustion chamber to withstand heavy use in commercial kitchens.
