A countertop model, the Bakers Pride P24-BL pizza and pretzel oven measures 26 inches wide by 28 inches deep by 17 inches high. So operators can reach beneath it for cleaning, it's elevated on 4-inch adjustable legs. It's equipped with a brick-lined Cordierite hearth deck and ceiling that increase efficiency and reduce recovery times. To offer precise control and produce consistent, crispy pizza crusts, it features independently controlled top and bottom incoloy heating elements.

The Bakers Pride P24-BL countertop deck oven is built with a corrosion-resistant aluminized steel interior and a durable, simple-to-clean stainless steel interior. Operators can adjust its temperature between 140 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and monitor cook times with its 60-minute timer. To preserve hot air and improve efficiency, this unit is fully insulated.
