Bakers Pride P44-BL Hearthbake Countertop Quadruple Multi-Purpose Deck Oven - 208v

The Bakers Pride P44-BL HearthBake pizza deck oven has two baking chambers made of aluminized steel to withstand high heat. Each chamber has two brick-lined, Cordierite hearth decks which produce crispy crusts by absorbing moisture. These chambers are heated by independently controlled incoloy heating elements on the top and bottom, and they have two 15-minute electric timers with manual shutoff and alarms. The unit is insulated to retain heat with a temperature range from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit.
