Bakers Pride Y-800 Super Deck Floor Model Single Pizza Deck Oven - Liquid Propane
The Bakers Pride Y-800 pizza deck oven has a 66-inch-by-44-inch chamber that measures 8 inches tall. Its deck is brick lined with flame diverters that direct heat below the surface. The interior is aluminized steel, while the exterior is constructed of quick-cleaning stainless steel. Insulation traps heat inside the unit and creates structural strength. Temperatures range from 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit and are controlled independently in the top and bottom.
