Using electric heat, this Berner CLC08-2108E Commercial Series air curtain has an open helical element that protects against thermal overload. Its two 1/5-horsepower motors blow air beneath the doorframe, creating a barrier of hot air. Users can adjust fan speed and heat with the factory-installed speed and heat switches. Measuring 1087/16 inches wide by 131/2 inches deep by 81/2 inches high, this unit is designed to be installed on top of a doorframe. Its aluminized steel cabinet defends against corrosion and has a white powder coating for a cohesive look with various color palettes.
