With its extensive stainless steel, the Beverage Air HBF23HC-1-G commercial freezer is resilient and holds up against denting and scraping. Its glass door gives foodservice staff the ability to glance inside the cabinet to tell if product needs restocking. Though this door improves chill retention by self-closing, it can also be made to stay open at 120 degrees if staff are loading product.
