With a temperature range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the Beverage Air MMR12HC-1-W commercial refrigerated merchandiser can hold food at a safe temperature until customers remove it for purchase. While the cabinet door self-closes in order to reduce thermal loss, it can also be propped open at 120 degrees to assist employees with stocking. LED lighting inside the cabinet improves product visibility.
