Because the Beverage Air PH1-1HS-PT mobile heated cabinet has four doors, it can be accessed from either side of the cabinet for pass-thru operation. These doors have cylinder locks that offer protection for product, and they self-close to prevent hot air from escaping to the surrounding area. Magnetic gaskets around the doors ensure temperatures dona€™t drop from the range of 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be controlled with an adjustable thermostat.

The Beverage Air PH1-1HS-PT full-height heated cabinet has 20.6 cubic feet of interior space. Storage is provided on three shelves, and because they are made of wire, hot air will flow evenly around product. This unita€™s heating system is mounted at the top and uses a blower system to ensure uniform results. Mounted on adjustable legs, the cabinet can be moved until ita€™s positioned at a comfortable working height. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel for an extended life.
