To reduce the risk of theft, the two doors on the Beverage Air PH1-1S-PT full-height heated cabinet can be locked at the end of a shift. A door on each side of the single section enables pass-thru operation. Magnetic gaskets and a self-closing feature ensure the doors are closed tightly to reduce the amount of hot air that escapes into the kitchen. Since the doors' handles have an antimicrobial coating on them, the growth of bacteria is slowed, preventing the spread of germs in the kitchen.

The Beverage Air PH1-1S-PT insulated mobile heated cabinet has three shelves to store product in its 20.6 cubic feet of interior space. Because the shelves are made of wire, air can circulate to ensure everything is heated evenly, and they are coated in epoxy so they wona€™t corrode when exposed to moisture. The 6-inch legs of the unit can be adjusted as needed, and the exterior is made of durable stainless steel.
