Its thermostat is adjustable from 80 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and its temperature is shown on an exterior dial thermometer. When holding crispy foods, users can adjust the humidity vents to release steam.

The Beverage Air PH2-1S warming cabinet has two sections, each with a solid, full-height door. To prevent people from tampering with food, the doors can be locked. Stainless steel composes this cabinet's interior and exterior to facilitate long-lasting use, and it's mounted on 6-inch legs.
