Accommodating (12) sixth-size pans that measure 4 inches deep, the Beverage Air SPE27HC-12M-B sandwich prep table top helps organize prepping ingredients. The top remains below 41 degrees Fahrenheit but above freezing with its under-pan forced air system. Constructed of stainless steel, the removable hood and lid assembly keeps cold air inside while keeping contaminants out. Staff can prep ingredients or top sandwiches and salads on the 10-inch-deep cutting board.

The cabinet can hold additional pan ingredients between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit on two epoxy-coated wire shelves. Its aluminum lining resists corrosion, dents, and scratches, and its door has a stay-open and self-closing design.
