The Beverage Air SPE27HC-12M-B-DS Elite Series® prep table holds 12 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans in the middle. Toppings for salad, sandwiches, and pizza sit in the pans. To easily prep ingredients, there is a 10-inch cutting board on one side of the unit and a 12-inch cutting board on the other side. With a stainless steel exterior and top, this cabinet is easy to clean and resistant to minor damage. Extra blocks of cheese, lettuce, dough, and other products can be stored in the cabinet. The Beverage Air SPE27HC-12M-B-DS Elite Series prep table has a self-contained refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures cool.
